LISTING FEATURES
Those looking for Artists, Businesses, Events, Artworks and all the other types of Listings our platform showcases, can easily find the appropriate results by utilizing our search and filter options.
We encourage Listing owners to fill out their Listings as completely as possible, including optional fields, in order to have the best chance of being discovered.
To help people easily reach Listing owners and to help get Listings found in search engines, providing a Name, an Address and/or a Phone Number is critical information to include in a listing.
This information is included in Listing pages in an actionable format (ie. click-to-call) where possible, to make things even more convenient for users of the platform.
For Listings that makes sense to include the results on a Map (ie. Business Profiles & Events) Listing owners can have their establishment’s address or the event’s address shown for quick reference, as well as shown on a map, providing quick access to directions for users.
Members that are logged into our platform, can review Listings to help other members. Users can give star-based reviews so this is a good opportunity for Listing owners to built up their reputation by accumulating positive ratings and reviews.
Reviews are always moderated, can only be submitted by registered users, and Listing owners cannot review their own Listings.
From your account dashboard, you can easily view valuable information about your overall Listing performance on our platform.
The analytics are laid out in a clean, simple fashion, including the following metrics, determined by the visitor’s IP address:
- Listing Views (unique): The first time a unique visitor views your Listing.
- Listing Views: If a unique visitor ever looks at your Listing again, this counts as an additional view.
- Button Clicks: There are various actionable buttons on our several Listing types. For example, a button to Call you, to send you an Email, redirect to your Website and more. These buttons, are tracked so you can easily see how many people have initiated a contact from our platform.
Links to Social Networks can be added to Listings and users will be redirected to your Social Media Profiles in a new browser tab.
Some of the Social Media Links supported are: Facebook, X, Instagram, Youtube, Snapchat, Tumblr, Reddit, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Soundcloud and more.
You can easily embed your YouTube or Vimeo Videos into your Listing. Just grab the video’s URL and paste it to the appropriate field when creating your Listing.
If you are creating a Artist Profile Listing as a Musician or a DJ, having a Spotify player right in your Listing is a must. To do that, you must copy the embed link from your Spotify channel, and paste it on the appropriate field on our platform while creating your Listing.

You can include a link of your own website, allowing you to gain more exposure and visits from people who found you through our platform and marketing efforts. Not bad for a FREE service!
Images and visual content are ideal for communicating your message. The right cover image could be what makes someone ultimately click on your Listing!
Premium-level Listings are automatically granted “featured” status on our platform and will have a badge displayed.
LISTING PROMOTIONS

The Platform is FREE to use by everyone. Either you are an Artist, a Business active in the Creative & Cultural Sector or just a normal visitor who casually browses our showcased Listings.
In order to prevent too many Listing submissions by single users, we have a limitation for how many ACTIVE FREE Listings each user can have in our Platform.
- Artist Profile: 1 Listing allowed (lasts for 1 year or otherwise stated)
- Business Profile: 1 Listing allowed (lasts for 1 year or otherwise stated)
- Event Listings: Up to 1 active Event (lasts for up to 30 Days or until the Event Date has passed – whichever comes first)
- Artwork Listings: Up to 1 active Artworks (lasts for 180 Days)
- Job Vacancies: Up to 1 active Vacancies (lasts for 60 Days)
- Classified Ads – Marketplace: Up to 1 active Ads (each lasts for 60 Days)
Listings with multiple events, items, vacancies & artworks are not allowed and they won’t get approved by the admins.
Listing Duration varies for the different Listing types offered in our Platform.
FOR FREE & STANDARD LISTINGS
- Artist Profiles: Lasts for 1 year or otherwise stated
- Business Profiles: Lasts for 1 year or otherwise stated
- Event Listings: Last for Up to 30 Days or until the Event Date has passed. (whichever comes first)
- Artwork Listings: Last for 180 Days
- Job Vacancies: Last for 60 Days
- Classified Ads – Marketplace: Last for 60 Days
FOR PREMIUM LISTINGS
- Artist Profiles: Last for 365 Days
- Business Profiles: Last for 365 Days
- Event Listings: Last for Up to 30 Days or until the Event Date has passed. (whichever comes first)
- Artwork Listings: Last for 180 Days
- Job Vacancies: Last for 60 Days
- Classified Ads – Marketplace: Last for 60 Days
Due to our continuous offers, please check our current prices.
PREMIUM Listings Features:
- They appear above all FREE and STANDARD Listings in search results
- They will randomly appear on our homepage (on rotation with other PREMIUM Listings)
- They have extra fields and more gallery image slots
- They are automatically granted a “verified” status on our platform and will have a badge displayed on them.
BOOSTER Promotions are given the most prominence in search results, above all other Listings (including PREMIUM Listings).
They are Short-Term Promotions and can last from 3 days, to 5 days and up to 7 days.
The costs for our BOOSTERS are:
- 3 days: €0.99
- 5 days: €1.50
- 7 days: €2.99
Listings can easily be boosted by visiting the Listing area of your dashboard and clicking on the ‘Promote’ icon for any Listing you would like to promote.
