THEATRO TECHNIS was founded in 1942 and has set as its goals the promotion and establishment of new Greek writers, the creation of a "School" with its own "style" for the mastery of theatrical art, the acquaintance and therefore the communication of the Greek public with the greats foreign classical and modern authors, the interpretation of the Ancient Drama and, from then until today, it has continuously served and realized its original goals. We are dealing not simply with an event but with a historical event.
